Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and make a difference

The Chesapeake City St. Patrick’s Day Walk to support the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware is the perfect way to celebrate! Participate in the parade by walking in a group to help raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation and show your green.

All proceeds benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware. Please help in the national fight to find a cure for epilepsy and to support local efforts to help those in need.

Epilepsy affects more than 2,000,000 Americans. Over 100,000 new cases develop every year, especially among children. There are 10,000 people with epilepsy in Delaware.

How you can help: Sign Up Sponsors!

Download and print the Sponsor Pledge Form and start collecting donations today from family, friends and co-workers. Bring your form to the Parade area by 11:30am on Saturday, March 15th. Participants who raise over $50 will receive a Parade T-shirt and access into the Shamrock tent for hot dogs, soda, and beer.

Where and When

The parade will be Saturday, March 15th, 2008 at Noon. Assemble under the south side of the bridge by the elementary school between 10:30am-11:45am. All groups, floats, cars, and walkers are welcome. The rain date for the parade is Sunday, March 16th, 2008 at the same time.
