Meet our Chef
The Bayard House is extremely pleased to introduce you to Damian Durnin, our new Executive Chef!
Damian is a highly trained and educated executive chef with vast culinary and management experience trained in a variety of properties around the world. He has been educated, trained and has worked in Dublin, Ireland; London, England; Murren, Switzerland; and also at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn, Michigan.
Locally Damian has additional working experiences in Charlestown and North East, Maryland; and in Wilmington, Delaware as well.
He was educated at the City and Guilds of London and also at the Dublin College of Catering in Dublin, Ireland.
We are very excited and happy to invite Damian to join our family of associates as our Executive Chef here at The Bayard House, Ltd.
