Meet our Chef

The Bayard House is extremely pleased to introduce you to Bruce Wetterau, our new Executive Chef! 

We are very excited and happy to invite Bruce to join our family of associates as our Executive Chef here at The Bayard House, Ltd.  

Bruce started working in commercial kitchens at the age of fourteen.  After enlisting in the United States Navy he became a Food Specialist aboard the USS Iowa.  

He then attended the Culinary Institute of America where he acquired his degree in Culinary.  He has a combined experience of over 30 years. Bruce has competed in serveral food competions for charities to support the communty and continue his love for cooking.

He lives by the motto, " If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life."
