How can I secure the date for my event?
A signed contract and deposit are required to secure the date. The deposit is a portion of the total cost of your event and is applied to the balance.
Can I bring in my own decorations?
Yes!! You can come in an hour before the event and set up. We are able to take some items in advance and set them up for you.
Am I able to bring in outside food or beverages?
We do not allow any outside food or beverages. We do allow you to bring in a cake or dessert from a bakery. A cake-cutting fee will be applied.
What if my guest has a food allergy or dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate any food allergy or dietary restrictions.
What are your rental fees?
Rental fees vary based on the time of the year and the space being used. All rental fees are shown on your custom proposal.
What if we want food that isn't on the menu?
No Problem! Our Chef is happy to work with you to create the perfect menu for your event. Please note that some items may incur an additional charge.
What are your linen options?
We include polyester linens and napkins in 60 different colors. We also have a large variety of linens available to rent.
What beverages are included?
We include water, hot tea, iced tea, and coffee.
